RETURN POLICY
Bandages, for hygienic and sanitary reasons,
are not returnable and non-refundable, unless the package is clearly unopened
and the product is clearly untouched.
For our Comfy Pawz product line, we gladly accept returns of unused, unworn,
unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a refund within 30
days of the original purchase.
If there are any contents missing
from a return, but the rest of the contents are in sellable condition, at
our discretion, we may give a partial refund.
If a returned product does not meet any of the criteria of our return policy,
the product will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
While we do not
charge any additional fees to exchange, we do ask that should you be returning
an item, that you pay the cost of the return shipping.
Please get tracking for your return, as we are not responsible if your return
is lost in transit.
